With a deep passion for personal growth, Eric is driven by the belief that meaningful change leads to greater confidence, peace, and happiness.

For more than 20 years, Eric has worked in the counseling and evaluation of children facing mental health and learning challenges. As a clinical supervisor for over a decade, he has guided teams in developing creative, client-centered strategies that foster real, lasting progress. His leadership style blends compassion with innovation, empowering others to grow both personally and professionally.

Eric is also a dedicated trainer and leadership development facilitator, having led workshops and trainings across a variety of settings. Outside of his professional work, he has spent over 12 years volunteering as a youth coach through local parks and recreation programs—helping children build confidence, resilience, and a love for learning through play.

When he’s not working or coaching, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and tending to his garden.

Trevor Churchman

TREVOR CHURCHMAN

Trevor Churchman is a lifelong resident of Idaho, raising his three children in the family home with his beloved wife, Kristy. As a third generation Registered Nurse, a former 911 dispatcher, Idaho Army National Guard Non-Commissioned Officer and veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn, Trevor is passionate about the value and vital importance of leadership.

Currently working as a Daisy Award-winning Crisis RN with responsibilities including the direction and management of critical care incidents as well as precepting other nurses, facilitating teamwork with complex and high-performance care teams and guidance of low-frequency, high-acuity patient care episodes, Trevor believes that true success cannot be achieved without effective and intentional leadership.

Jennifer Moss

JENNIFER MOSS

Jennifer Moss is a dynamic leader and passionate advocate for horticulture and community development. A University of Idaho graduate with dual degrees in Communications and Public Relations, she began her career in hospitality before returning to her family’s greenhouse business, where integrity forms the foundation of success.

Starting from the ground up, Jennifer mastered every aspect of greenhouse operations and farm management. Her hands-on experience, strategic mindset, and commitment to action have made her a respected leader in the industry.

Jennifer’s dedication extends beyond her business. She has served over 13 years with local Rotary Clubs, contributed to developing the Twin Falls Visitor Center through her work on the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce Board, and spent eight years on the Idaho Nursery and Landscape Association Board, championing innovation and growth in horticulture.

Her efforts have earned her spots on the 40 Under 40 lists by Times-News and Greenhouse Product News. In 2023, she received the prestigious Horticultural Industry Leadership Award (HILA) from Greenhouse Management Magazine and graduated from the AmericanHort HRI Leadership Academy. Currently, she serves as Connector Lead for the Greenhouse Segment on the AmericanHort Board of Directors.
