Jase has appeared on national and local TV
and radio and he’s in the inspirational movies Pass It On and The Power of Coaching where he’s featured along with Brian Tracy, John Assaraf, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Boxing Champion Evander Holyfield, Rudy Ruettiger, Les Brown and many of today’s leaders. Jase is an expert on influence, and the sales process including negotiating, personality types, NLP, reading body language, and closing techniques.

Sean Hancock is a multi-faceted performer, award-winning actor and the creator of the award-winning comedy company, Recycled Minds. With versatile creativity, Sean’s work goes beyond borders in film, commercials, theatre, sketch, stand up, spoken word and improvisation.
In June of 2016, Hancock won Best Actor along with 3 other awards with his team for Make It Count, an i48 short-film that he later adapted into a one-man show, One Deep Breath, that debuted in January of 2017 for the Idaho Laugh Fest. He has studied at the world-famous Groundlings School of Improv in Los Angeles, CA as well as The Upright Citizens Brigade and Comedy Sports, and performed a monthly improv show at I.O. West in Hollywood, CA. He has been seen on the front page of funnyordie.com, crackle.com, revver.com and youtube’s comedy page for sketch. Hancock has traveled the world teaching and performing in over 10 countries including Edinburgh, Scotland at the world’s largest performance arts festival, The Fringe Festival. Sean also founded Monkey Butler Comedy UK, contributing to one of the world’s largest growing improv theaters and schools.
In addition to performance, Sean Hancock is an expert in corporate training and coaching through improvisational comedy. His teaching and influence have been sought after by corporations, executive teams and individuals who want to increase their professional and personal influence through principles like thinking outside the box, active listening, elevating others, building confidence and improving communication. Senate EskridgeBusiness Development Specialist
Senate Eskridge is a Magic Valley native, born and raised in Twin Falls. He and his wife Cari are currently raising 5 children in the valley. They are small business owners and Senate is also a business coach and an active Real Estate Investor. Being from Twin Falls, Senate has worked with several industries in the area. His vast experience made him a perfect fit for the Business Development role at SimplicIT. One of Senate’s many passions is to solve problems for people. He truly enjoys looking at issues in a new way and utilizing his connections to identify solutions for others. He is active in the community and involved in the Twin Falls Chamber Ambassadors, Snake River Business Network and Twin Falls Masonic Lodge. Senate loves to golf in his spare time, so if you’re a golf fanatic like him, give him a call and head to the course together.

Sheli GartmanSpeaker, Business Consultant, and Accidental Comedian
Sheli Gartman worked her way up from a starting position to management at a finance company, breaking national company records across multiple categories, including the most loans ever closed in one month. She was in the lending and mortgage industry from 1992-2000. She branched out and created an online, global handbag business that allowed her to stay at home while her children were little. She then combined her corporate background, online business expertise, entrepreneurial experience, personal growth knowledge, and certifications, and founded her own Professional Development and Personal Growth Consulting organization. From there Women Ignite was created in 2013 with events focused on Professional Development, Personal Growth, Inclusion, and Intergenerational Networking.
Sheli G is a Speaker, Business Consultant, and Accidental Comedian. She has 3 kids, 2 poodles, and she enjoys coaching and collaborating with the Hungry, the Servant Achievers, and the Hope Dealers of the world.
Zach RinardCEO & Business Owner
Zach Rinard began following in his family’s entrepreneurial footsteps at a young age, selling trading cards on the elementary school playground. He started Rinard Media in 2015 with the mission of helping small businesses with their marketing. The words “People Matter” resonate deep within his soul, and he’s passionate that businesses should always put people over profit. “If we help enough people get what they want, we will get what we want.” He is an avid reader and is always looking to grow as a leader, husband, father, and friend. He lives in Twin Falls, ID with his wife, Marilla, and two children, Joel and Eloise.
